Emotion, Embodiment and Energy

An Internal Shamanic Bodywork Program

This course will involve…

  • Trauma and Attachment teachings

  • Family Constellations work at our practicum retreat

  • Ceremony and ritual weaved through the whole year

  • Earth and Shamanic based practices.

  • The Art of Holding Sacred Space within the body.

  • 3-day long weekend retreat in March 2025 (In Mullumbimby)

  • March 14, 15th and 16th Retreat dates

  • Reflective practices and quizzes

  • Earth and Body based Meditations

  • One main facilitator and other guest facilitators

  • Signal group for 1 year with your cohort

  • 5 mentoring sessions (Online or in-person for locals)

  • Monthly 4-hour LIVE ceremony Saturday Afternoons 2:00-6:00pm AEDT (Maximum of 4 to be missed. Zoom recordings available, if missed)

  • Content videos

  • Capacity to work as a trauma-informed Bodyworker at completion.

  • Layout supporting Emotion, Embodiment and Energy will be focused on for 3 months each. 3 months will be attending to the practicalities and foundations for setting up as a facilitator of this specific Bodywork

    • Shamanic drum journeying (RETREAT)

    The course was well structured with plenty of time for flexibility and rest in between modules. Missing that one week during the course felt supportive to the integration (the one we are making up for in ceremony in November) I enjoyed the teaching of the flow points and found that while I wasn’t sure if I remembered them they did surface while I was talking.

  • Yes, there is a payment plan available for monthly payments over a 12-month period.

  • We have one main facilitator and multiple other specialised facilitators that make up our wonderful community.

  • Yes! We feel this is what sets us apart from other courses. If you feel that the information hasn’t been absorbed the first round, you can do the course the following year with a new enrolment. We have helped multiple people fit it into their lives.

  • We meet once a month for a longer ceremony (emotional and energetic) and there is an optional fortnightly content meeting that supports the online content you’re working through. This is optional and most people attend some and watch the recording of the other.

  • You receive 5 mentoring sessions and we recommend taking them once a month to get the most out of the course.

  • There is a retreat and it IS included in the price. All food and drinks plus workshops and shared accommodation are included in the price. We also encourage reciprocity at the retreat and bringing some food to share with others.
