  • NAOMI MCGOWAN

    Senior Facilitator/Mentor

Born and raised in Sydney of largely Celtic heritage, I now live on Gumbaynggiir lands on the NSW mid north coast. I have always felt a strong affinity with the land, the stars, animals, stillness and Spirit. Meditation led me to yoga asana in the mid-1990s. Along with ritual and deep listening, these are integral to my daily life. I love crystals and walking in nature; singing and sharing the healing vibrations of sound. I am a proud mum, a sacred space holder, bodyworker, yoga and meditation teacher who works with subtle energy to support others to become more of themselves.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (Adv, Hons), Diploma of Remedial Massage and am a Reiki Master. For about 20 years I worked in palliative care research, strategy and service development. Supporting people to live the life of their choosing as they approach the end of their life is very close to my heart. In more recent years, I’ve completed Meditation Facilitator training, nearly 500 hours of Yoga teacher training and two courses with Kate - Sacred Circle Facilitation and the year-long Shamanic Bodywork program. I am in the final stages of studying Celebrancy. I feel deeply grateful to have teachers who have chosen the path of personal commitment to authenticity, humility and integrity. Thank you for leading the way.

  • JESS TANHCHAREUN

    Facilitator

Heart-centred, earth-centred, deep, slow, soulful - and just a little cheeky. Jess's spaceholding flows out from her own journey with embodiment, returning always to gentleness, connection & self-trust at the heart of it all.

How can we pave the way to a paradigm of heart-centred leadership? Jess wishes to softly support others into remembrance of their own unique gifts, vibrant expression and self-guidance. To restore trust in our own inner knowing, and our ability to hold others even in our sacred differences. To return us to the intelligence of the heart, the wisdom of our bodies & the cycles of nature. And above all, to support us to feel deeply at home, safe and thriving in our own body and being.

Jess is a facilitator of deep rest, ceremony, and embodied yoga practices, weaving the guidance of astrology, plant medicine, subtle energetics and emotional integration. In all her offerings, as in all of life, she sees embodiment as the key foundation to aligning with wholeness, connection and integrity with ourselves.
